Anne Hubbell

Anne Hubbell is a respected film industry veteran with over 25 years of extensive corporate, not-for-profit and production experience.  

As Vice President of Motion Picture at Kodak, she negotiates contracts and consults on studio and independent movies, episodic content, commercials and music videos, and is a liaison to the global film community at large.   

Anne is Executive Director of the Provincetown Film Society which presents the Provincetown International Film Festival, offers artist fellowships and other programming, and operates the Waters Edge Cinema showing first run studio and arthouse movies year-round. 

She is co-founder of Tangerine Entertainment, a production company and community builder dedicated to working exclusively with women creators.  

In 2019, Anne served as Programming Director for 51Fest, a multi-platform event produced with IFC, Tina Brown and Women in the World, celebrating the voice and vision of the female majority through screenings, conversation and performance, all by and about women. 

Her feature producing credits include Modern Persuasion (2020), The Second (2018), Keep the Change (2017), The Last Laugh (2016), Paint It Black (2016), Gayby (2012) and Lipstick & Dynamite (2004).   

Early in her not-for-profit career she ran IMAGE Film & Video Center in Atlanta, GA and The Theater Offensive in Boston. 

Anne has served on the boards of New York Women in Film & Television, the New York Production Alliance and Rooftop Films.  She is a member of the Producer’s Guild of America.
