Mark Protosevich

Mark Protosevich is an American screenwriter whose credits include THE CELL, Wolfgang Petersen’s POSEIDON, I AM LEGEND, THOR, and Spike Lee’s OLDBOY.

Protosevich recently created the series SUGAR, his first foray into television.

Internet trivia likes to point out that in 1996 Protosevich wrote the script for the unproduced BATMAN UNCHAINED and that in 2011 he met with Steven Spielberg to discuss story ideas for JURASSIC PARK IV.

Protosevich was born in Chicago, Illinois and is an alumnus of Columbia College Chicago.

He currently lives on Cape Cod with his wife, the painter Robena Malicoat.
